FCA Wrestling Area Representative, Tim Hess just returned from Spain, where he served as the Team Chaplain for the U23 USA Wrestling team at the World Championships.

I am so thankful to be able these amazing athletes and coaches. We studied the Bible, prayed together, we celebrated victory and comforted our teammates during defeats.
As I spent time with them, I am reminded of how champions don’t become champions when they win championships. They become champions by doing what champions do on a consistent basis. These men and women exemplify what living a high character lifestyle consistently looks like; Hard working, kind, tough, respectful, technically skilled, disciplined, and thankful.
God is all about relationship and this trip was an excellent opportunity to further develop previous relationships. I was able to initiate new relationships with wrestlers, coaches, parents and officials. Thank you for your investment in this ministry!"
